What this covers

This policy covers how GS, the business entity operating this site and the GS dataset, processes information provided via the lead-capture form, cookies, and analytics on gamespective.com.

Information we collect

Lead-form submissions (name, work email, company, role, inquiry type, message) are used to respond to dataset access requests. Server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) are used for abuse prevention and operational metrics. Analytics via Google Tag Manager and Plausible are used without cross-site profiling.

Dataset content

The GS dataset itself contains aggregated, cross-game player behavior signals. It does not include names, email addresses, precise location, or other directly identifying personal data about players. Access is governed by a separate written data-use agreement.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of lead-form data you submitted by emailing privacy@gamespective.com. Requests are honored within 30 days.

Cookies & consent

We use Google Tag Manager and PostHog product analytics to understand how the site performs. Both are gated behind your consent — neither loads until you accept. The session replay category records page interactions to help us debug usability issues and is opt-in separately from analytics. We honor Do Not Track at the browser level. Withdraw consent any time via the Manage privacy link in the footer; the action is as easy as the original grant.
